How quickly will my new website be launched?
After you fill out a brief questionnaire to give us all the essential details needed to build your company’s new website, we’ll schedule a kickoff call with you to go over the details and make sure we have everything needed to get started. A draft website will be provided to you within 1-2 weeks of the kickoff call. From there, we’ll work with you to revise the website until you are satisfied with the end result. Once finalized, your website will be launched (on average, 30 days from the kickoff call).
What do I need to provide in order for my website to be created?
In order for your website to be created, we’ll need an overview of your company, branding elements (logos, colors, typography, etc.), and content elements for the website (headlines, copy, imagery, bullet points, etc.). If you need help with any of these items, we provide supplementary branding and content services.
Is there a limit to the number of updates that can be requested with the monthly plan?
No. Unlimited website updates can be requested – including new content, content updates, layout changes, and more!
What platform will my website be built on?
Our websites are built on Wordpress, designed for optimal pagespeed, and optimized for all devices.
Who are the web designers and developers on your team?
Outpost’s owner, web designer, and web developer are all one and the same! That means you’ll be working directly with someone who understands all aspects of what your business needs to have a impactful and high-performing website.
What if I don't like the design?
If you are unhappy with any part of your website, we will continue to work with you and provide revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
How long do website updates or revisions take?
Website updates and revision turnaround times are dependent on the scope of the requests. However, our lighting-fast process is applied to all stages of your website’s lifespan, so you can rest assured that changes will be made promptly.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, we do not issue refunds for our services.
